I had been misdiagnosed with eczema (which now has been confirmed to be something else with a lab test by another dermatologist) even when I asked specifically about the other diagnosis.
When removing skin tags, he missed two that were in the same area as others being removed, and at the check up a month later, he charged an outrageous amount to have the other two removed when it should've been at the same rate as the original removal. The positive is the removal was fast and painless.
I would highly recommend the folks at Forefront Dermatology as an alternative.
