Although some administrative details may require improvement, their movers are dedicated to getting the job done quickly and carefully.
I can’t recommend Moving Made Easy enough! From the start, the admin team was fantastic at communicating the whole process. We weren’t the easiest clients—we had to change our move date multiple times—but they were so flexible and understanding. I also really appreciated that the deposit went straight toward the final bill, and there were absolutely no hidden fees.
The movers themselves were amazing—polite, respectful of our belongings, and incredibly efficient. They moved quickly without cutting corners, and anything they needed to disassemble to move safely was reassembled perfectly on the other side. I reached out to Moving Made Easy through Thumbtack, I got a very quick response, and the person that helped me schedule my service was very knowledgeable and courteous. Kevin, Austin and Christian were the movers came to my home within 24 hours. They were very polite and did a great job.
I had another company not show on me for Saturday, looked all over for movers open on Sunday. Moving made easy gave me a call and quote. The team showed up as promised and were very professional, courteous and careful with my belongings. I was informed throughout and would highly recommend.
