Called, set up an appointment for the next day. Showed up promptly and fixed our patio door which was dead bolted closed in our newly purchased home. Super quick, reasonable pricing, and very knowledgable. Highly recommend!
Super quick same day request on the weekend. Very inexpensive for installing a new deadbolt in a metal door, and changing out multiple locks. Very nice. He was on time (we were 8 minutes late to our own appointment. SORRY!) Thank you!
Today I have experienced excellent customer service from Rob, he is extremely knowledgeable in his field. I have been having issues with my ignition switch in my 02 4Runner. After a few trips to the dealer, I was hitting a dead end. One phone call to Rob, the part was ordered, once it arrived, he installed it in a matter of minutes! Oh, the amount of headaches I have had trying to giggle the key to start the car, especially when you have two little ones in tow. I would highly recommend Rob and I am very appreciative for the work he did for me today!
