I had an awesome experience at JCPenney thanks to Felicia in the jewelry department. She was super friendly, patient, she made the whole process easy and enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. If you’re shopping for jewelry, definitely ask for Felicia, can’t say the same for the “manager”. He was very dismissive and even needed help to look up our account. If you ask me, Felicia should be the Manager, cause thanks to her I still gave a 5 star.
I stopped by the jewelry department at JCPenney and Felicia was the absolute highlight of my visit. She was warm, attentive, and really took the time to help me with what I needed. Her customer service is exactly what you hope for when you walk into a store.
On the other hand, the manager, Moe, didn’t come across very pleasant and the energy shifted a bit whenever he was involved. Luckily, Felicia’s professionalism and friendly attitude kept the experience on track.
