I love Grand Novi Dentistry! I had a bad experience at a different dentist office in the past, which made me avoid going to the dentist for a long time. I knew I needed to go, but I was very nervous. The staff treated me with kindness and respect. I didn’t feel judged. They are very professional, communicative, and thorough. They fixed a messed up crown and it is so much better than the original! The staff—from the receptionist, to the dental assistants, to the dentist herself—are organized, caring, and helpful. I’m so glad I found this office and have been telling anyone I can about them!
Going to the dentist isn’t everyone’s favorite thing to do, let’s be real. However, since I started to go to Provident Dentistry I actually do enjoy going to get my teeth cleaned. Amanda is the nicest and sweetest hygienist, we talk my entire visit and she makes it so enjoyable! I highly recommend you changing and coming here!
