I emailed the salon saying I don’t want services because the lady named Mary burned my ear chemically. I then reached out to them via phone call and instead of them apologizing when they picked up they just said “okay no problem” and hung up. I wouldn’t recommend coming here, initially my experience was fine but afterwards when I told them about my ear being chemically burned from the perm they had no regards into showing sympathy or care. Places like this just look to make money. And I’m sure they will give an automated response just like they do to all The negative reviews listed on here.

Rachel always does such an amazing job on my mani and pedi, and she has transformed my skin with facials. My skin has never looked better!
Emiljan does an excellent job with thick hair, knows exactly how to shape and layer. These two are the best!!!!!!!

I don’t know what I’m doing when it comes to hair. I booked Eva and came in very honest about how dumbfounded my stupid hair can make me feel. She took care of me and the time flew by. Eva is a real mama bear and has a clear passion for her work. I also liked the chairs that massaged my back while getting washed.

Great services and this was the best haircut that I haven’t got in a long time. Eva was an amazing artist and great company to talk to. From now on, I will only get my haircut with her! I’d give ZERO STARS IF I COULD. Did not cut my hair at all the way I wanted. Barely trimmed. Supposed to give root shadow with hilite but did tons of hilites. No root shadow and DEFINITELY DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE I SHOWED HIM. Would not even refund haircut price… ignored my message after he asked what he could do to make it right. DON’T GO HERE. STAY AWAY.

I am in love with my hair!! Eva and John are absolutely phenomenal. I felt right at home and they made me feel so comfortable for my first time ever having extensions and she was so gentle with my hair. I didn’t even recognize myself but it is absolutely gorgeous and I will continue to go back. Thank you both so much for making this experience such a memorable one for me! Also the low lights turned out perfect! I feel so much more confident and am glad I made the time for myself

Everytime I have came here I never leave disappointed. Staff was honest with me about coloring my hair so I just did a cut with Lirie. She is amazing!! 10/10. One of my favorite haircuts I have ever received! Thank you for transforming my hair!

The owner, John, is an artist. He's been doing my hair for over 20 years now. I briefly tried someone else to save some money but wasn't satisfied. He'll ask you what you would like done and give advice to what he thinks would give you the best look. Both John, and his wife Eva, are extremely knowledgeable and will take great care of you and your hair!

I went for a haircut, they offered to do highlights. Despite that I told them sever time I don’t want any yellow just ash white and showed a picture they did terrible job. My hair is all yellow and orange like it’s been burned. ( it was all natural and no die before that). Been trying to get it fixed all day today. It’s embarrassing and so disappointing. The owner said “I don’t care what you think I know I’ll do a good job and you will like it” he don’t even care of what I want and I knew it’s possible because I had it done before just that his expertise are missing.
