While communication with the office personnel was a bit lacking, the installation of the cover was done efficiently and professionally. Customers praise the knowledgeable technicians who did a great job with the installation. Overall, Cover Care, LLC is recommended for pool cover installations and repairs.
Incredibly Happy! Office staff on the phone was super friendly and helpful. They were actually able to move my service date up by a full week and then the repair took less than 20 minutes. Friendly technicians and very accommodating. Pool related services don't typically go all that well, but Cover Care exceeded expectations!
Zachary was great on communication before during and after the completion of work. Very professional and got right to work! I appreciated that as the cost per hour was concerning at first not knowing if they would “milk” the hourly job. Got in and out quickly.
Required service after 2 years due to worn cover guides and mi-alignment. Requires a 2 man service call so cost is pricey. Love the cover for safety and cleanliness. Worth every penny.
