Didn't get good experience for my wife and my son eye care. The billing can't be done once, often got a 2nd billing. The eye wear was very expensive and they got one of the eye glass len wrong. Many little things adds up and overall not a good experience. Suggest that you review the bills and coverage in details, and confirm the price before the purchase.

I have to say, the customer service in the building is phenomenal. You feel like you walked into a Fortune 500 employee place. Everyone and I do mean, everyone is super nice, professional and extremely helpful. The atmosphere is just great and I normally would only buy one or two pairs of glasses but I bought three. The selection was excellent and I just couldn’t pass up the third pair which was still half off like the second pair. Can’t wait for my glasses to come in so I can wear them. I’m very pleased with everything today.

First time visit. Has a great experience. I can't remember the lady who helped me pick out frames, I do remember it started with a M, like Maya? The doctor was really good too!
