Dr. Chris Pavone was absolutely wonderful! I came in extremely uncomfortable, feeling like I had a piece of glass in my eye. He was incredibly patient, gentle, and thorough throughout the entire examination. He carefully found two tiny foreign particles in my eye and removed both of them.
The relief was immediate! I walked out feeling like a million dollars compared to how I felt when I came in. I truly appreciated how careful and reassuring Dr. Pavone was and how much time he took to make sure everything was removed and my eye was okay.
I cannot recommend Dr. Pavone highly enough. Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of me! ❤
Didn't get good experience for my wife and my son eye care. The billing can't be done once, often got a 2nd billing. The eye wear was very expensive and they got one of the eye glass len wrong. Many little things adds up and overall not a good experience. Suggest that you review the bills and coverage in details, and confirm the price before the purchase.
I have to say, the customer service in the building is phenomenal. You feel like you walked into a Fortune 500 employee place. Everyone and I do mean, everyone is super nice, professional and extremely helpful. The atmosphere is just great and I normally would only buy one or two pairs of glasses but I bought three. The selection was excellent and I just couldn’t pass up the third pair which was still half off like the second pair. Can’t wait for my glasses to come in so I can wear them. I’m very pleased with everything today.
