“They are easy to work with but if you are not in Michigan at tax time and having to file from another state it is cumbersome. There is no way to file electronically,so everything must be mailed back and forth. There is no email address which means you have to call back and forth with questions. On the plus side, Melinda is very at to what she does and is quite affordable.“
