They are easy to work with but if you are not in Michigan at tax time and having to file from another state it is cumbersome. There is no way to file electronically,so everything must be mailed back and forth. There is no email address which means you have to call back and forth with questions. On the plus side, Melinda is very at to what she does and is quite affordable.
Some people only write negative reviews it seems like... Melinda has done my taxes for 10+ years! she is great. Always has steered me I the right direction. I would recommend to friends and family most definitely!
I've been doing my taxes with them for 9 years and they always do a great job and make the whole process fast and convenient. They are also super friendly and a joy to work with!
