I am giving the nail tech, Lan, a 4 star review. I was with another tech that said he could do a dip French ombré. After ripping my old nails off instead of taking the time to soak and drill he then tried to tell me he could only do acrylic and just started doing as he pleased. I had to be firm and say no and got up to leave. Lan was nice enough to fix his work (had to cut short after working to grow my nails out and only got a basic French dip). I would go back to Lan (even though no discount provided) but not impressed at all with the other tech or the cleanliness of the salon.

I love this place and they always do mine so fancy every time I ask I'm always doing something different and they are always willing to do it which is hard to find some people don't like to do what you ask thanks guys I appreciate it

Fast and gorgeous nails, only place I’ll go in Muskegon/Grand Haven area 7 years and counting. Lan keeps her shop updated and sterile, the staff are always friendly even when I can’t decide on a color. 10/10 recommend
