Chad came out today for my yearly maintenance and did a great job not only fixing my minor issues from the spring, but educating me on how to adjust/fix these issues as they arise. I truly appreciate all the extra time he took to answer all my questions and making sure my cover was opening and closing properly. Would highly recommend Chad.
