I wish it were possible to leave a zero star review. These people constantly try to force upsell at every visit. Without warning, they tried to upsell me on additional cleaning after I’d had my normal cleaning on my first visit about three months ago then refused to perform my regular cleaning when I declined. If they had given me more time to consider it and if I was able to fit it into my budget,I may have decided to do the cleaning… Which is not covered by My insurance And is extremely expensive… But they did not. Because I refused to schedule this cleaning immediately, they said they would not perform my cleaning, which meant that I wasted my morning after taking time off from work. So basically, they’re telling me that there’s an issue that needs to be addressed by performing a special cleaning, then refused to perform my regularly scheduled cleaning, which I was actually sitting there for… Which could potentially allow this suppose issue to get worse. They then looked shocked when I got up and walked out and refused to schedule stating that I would never be back.

I have been a patient for over five years, and I’ve always had a great experience. Mandy, my dental hygienist, is awesome! She provides excellent customer service and makes each visit comfortable. The other staff are also friendly, professional, and take time to explain everything, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend this dental office.
