This place was the worst, workers never showing up and receptions are foul. I was so happy to have them out of my home! I did have a couple of professional conversations with upper management but not enough to let their CNA remain the good ones left

I have worked for Arcadia for a few months and I have had a positive experience working here. Brooke is amazing! You need something she is right on it and always calls you back right away. I give Brooke alot of credit for everything she does for her employees and clients. I enjoy going to work and taking care of my clients makes my day to see happy faces.

Care giver shows up late and doesn't make up time missed. No call, no show. When I called manager she said she would try to get a replacement....still waiting 5 hours ltr

Arcadia Home Care is a joke. They will send someone to an elderly persons home knowing the person working is sick, vomiting, fever, diarrhea, and possibly contagious. Won't cover for the worker, and won't send someone else out to the client because that other person is alergic to cats. Well, so is the person that's sick. But that doesn't matter. And they change the schedule daily. And expect these workers to drop everything and do what they want. They obviously do not care about their patients or their workers. Just money. What a sad excuse for home health care.

I want to compliment "Judy" on the compassionate, loving care she gives our fellow teacher and friend, Kristy, twice a week. She is very gentle and attentive to Kristy's needs. She is very professional and the highest compliment I can give her is that I would love to have Judy if my family ever needs such Home Care.
