Stephanie Holmes is an amazing cosmetologist. It has taken 33 years for me to find someone I trust and understands what I want. She has a forever client with me! Amazing! I wanted a whole new style (6+inches off and highlights), Showed her a couple pictures of what I wanted and my hair turned out better than the pics!!!
