I've had Mark Oakley do work for me many many times over the years. He still does my maintenance as needed. When I need to replace my Air unit, he'll certainly be on the list to get an estimate.

Our blower motor went out on our furnace so the ac and furnace were down the past few weeks. When we were in a heat wave of course. Our furnace was old so we started getting quotes to replace them. After 8 quotes, this company beat all the others out, by half for all but one company, which they still beat by 1k. He buys his equipment and stores it during the slow season (when they are giving it away) so he doesn't have to charge double like everyone else in high season he explained.
