The doctor is amazing. He really is a gentleman and cares about his patience. They are just like family to him and we are blessed to have him in this community. We wish him nothing but the best to expand and offer these services to other families would be truly blessed to have his company in their town. Thank you again, Dr.

First I wanted to say Thank You to everyone who took care of our pets Ernest and Penny at Northville Animal hospital. Traveling first time with pets out of the country is very stressful . I'm very grateful to doctor Kuljit Lubana and staff members who did their job patiently with care and professionally. Im recommending to everyone who needs their service. Northville animal Hospital is amazing!

Dr Lubana is very knowledgeable and always shows concern for our dog’s health. We have been coming to his clinic since Dr Lubana started his practice in Northville. The staff are kind. Really appreciate that we are able to get an appt the same day we call if there is a health issue with our dog.

I seem to be checked in and out by the same rude clerk (there are other kind staff) and when she found I didn’t have records which were never given to me other than a receipt of what happened at an emergency clinic, I was told “this doesn’t help me at all” for my dog that needed a checkup and then harshly reminded & assured at checkout that he’s due for his meds next month.
There’s no professionalism or empathy at all and communicate with customers like we’re a transactional enemy. When I met the doc she basically scolded me for not having given him his sedation meds because he wouldn’t consume them. She insisted I should have had pill containers lying around and never once carried a bit of empathy and kept repeating “if he’s not sedated what am I going to be able to do?” There’s no way for me to know the extent of how his exam would transpire, and coming into the appointment I was not going to have him go through another sedation.
Side note: I had him sedated at an emergency hospital and after his sedation his return to normalcy returned almost the next day versus when he’s sedated here it takes him a week to return to his normal behavior. I had communicated earlier than I may need their services to remove a mass growing out of his body, and once I found another clinic I told Northville I had to take him in & I had NO response email. Not even a “please be sure to schedule an exam for him after x amount of days… I had to have the staff at the other hospital notify me that I had to follow-up with the main vet.
ALSO you SHOULD KNOW that he needs to be sedated as he’s been a customer there for years. Even if I was in the wrong in that I wasn’t sure he needed to be sedated for an evaluation she basically just admonished me the whole time whereas a professional would hold the patience and kindly describe the mistake and then reassess. It’s like the staff there (the ones I mentioned) are always in defensive mode and it’s very telling. The main doc is along similar lines I would say, although I do know his services were successful in the past with my dog Bruce. I will not go back there due to the lack of professionalism in communication, seemingly overcharging, highly defensive, and rude behavior. It is embarrassing. You’re in the medical field. Do better. It is truly a shame because he’s had nice appointments when he started going but over the years it’s been a bad experience.

However if you’re in need of immediate care they will suffice, and they do their jobs, but other hospitals do that too. I won’t put us through that type of negative atmosphere.

We’ve had consistently great experiences at Northville Animal Hospital. Dr. Lubana and his staff have been incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. This past year especially, they’ve helped us navigate several health issues with our senior cat, and their support has meant so much to our family. They take the time to explain everything, answer questions, and truly care about the animals they treat. We’re very grateful for this veterinary team and the care they’ve provide to our pets.

We’ve been seeing Dr. Lubana for over 14 years. He takes an interest in everyone in the family and isn’t just in and out for the visits. Both of my kids are on the spectrum and the staff included ALWAYS take time out to engage with them and play during our visits and while we wait.

The staff is so patient, they listen to everything you have to say, they don’t rush you and they really try to figure out what’s going on before they begin any testing to minimize the cost and avoid any unnecessary stress for your pet.

Recently our dog Betty got sick. Dr. Gupta and the staff took time to engage with my 2 year old daughter as she was really worried about our puppy. They made sure she was comfortable and happy while they took care of her. They even helped me walk out to the car with the food and everything as I was by myself!

They really go above and beyond at every visit, take their time with us and answer any questions we have.

We won’t go anywhere else!

I would advise anybody not to go to Northville Animal clinic. If you have a Doberman pinscher to get the ears cropped, they did a Terrible job. I ended up having to take my Doberman pinscher to another vet, veterinarian who does ear cropping ended up doing a corrective surgery done on the ears, and this Vet I went to did an excellent job and now the dogs ears are standing up perfect. Northville Animal Hospital never posted the ears once they were cut.

We've been taking out pets to Dr. Lubana for over 7 years now. Multiple dogs and our cat and have always been happy with the friendly service and great care our pets have received.

misdiagnosed my pet. Gave wrong meds. Charged me again after he misdiagnosed. Not sure how he is still in practice. Doesnt know what he is doing or prescribing and honestly doesnt care about your pet, just your money!
