I am 23 and was experiencing really horrible back pain last week to the point where I was in constant discomfort. I was super nervous to see a chiropractor because I never have before but I decided I needed some relief so I called Main Street and was in the same day. I just had my second appointment and I can honestly say I feel SO much better! Everyone is so kind and helpful and my pain is completely gone! Thank you so much Main Street and Dr. Stopa!

My husband has been going for years, and speaks very highly of their practice. I decided to also get a consult after hurting my back to the point of not being able to lift a laundry basket, or sit in my car. After the consult, learning stretches, exercises, and visiting for just over a week, my back feels completely better. I can't believe how knowledgeable and effective they are. I will continue to go to maintain stretch/strengthening my back. I highly recommend you try it as well; a total life changer!

I had a sudden and severe attack of sciatica which made it painful to even move! Because I experienced this malady a few times in the past, I managed through some maneuvers to keep it at bay for short periods , but it limited my activity.A friend of mine, who is a patient of Dr.Stopa encouraged me to go at the time of her appointment and because I respect her judgement and medical knowledge, I did just that!! I was surprisingly very impressed with the care given, explanations given for the procedures, and of course the treatment itself. I received complete relief from Sciatica in just three sessions !Dr Stopa spent time going over the X-rays and listening to me and giving explanations for why, when and how!His staff is exceptional and is a reflection of his kind and caring manner.. Nothing was left to question and wonder why!My fourth visit in which I was still feeling well was about exercises to maintain my wellness.. I was provided a folder with pictures and directions in doing these and Dr Stopa spent time on making sure I would know how to do them, and even demonstrating how to do them.In conclusion, I am so relieved to be free of Sciatica pain and really didn’t expect to be feeling so well in this period of time. I am thankful to my friend for steering me to a wonderful place for help; anyone with Sciatica can understand what I am saying; I do know that I must be compliant in doing what I must do to keep this malady at bay!!
