Put too much fertilizer down and burnt the turf.Land Art can approach a property, recognize if you've just seeded and treat the turf accordingly, they make recommendations (water more, water less, aerate, over seed). Other companies treat everything one way (and usually botch it up quite nicely). Land Art trains their applicators properly, they can assess, analyze and treat everything from the ground up.
