I could write a book. But I’ll leave it at the woman I spoke to had zero customer service skills when it came to my many concerns. Had she heard my concerns and addressed them reasonably instead of telling me I was wrong for wanting communication and a service that was equal to what my neighbors received and that what her employees wrote in their communication log was the way it was, we could have maybe continued service. First service I expressed potentially wanting to start following week bc I had cut branches down to make it easier to mow and I hadn’t had a chance to pick up the piles. This company is amazing! I originally hired them to plow my driveway last season, and it was plowed every time it was necessary, snow or shine. I recently have had serious medical issues and can’t do complete lawn care for several months. When LawnStarter couldn’t find a mowing crew in my area, Realistic took over with a better price and better service. They will also do a leaf removal service, which I had trouble booking elsewhere. The staff are incredibly professional and polite. Wonderful!
