If I could give zero stars, I would. I went in for a walk in, and signed in for a walk in. After waiting there for 30 minutes, I was finally acknowledged and was told that something came up and that they had to see the appointments before me which could take upwards of another hour. Would not recommend if you don’t have an appointment and will not be back.

I've been here a few times and had a different barber Everytime and I am pleasantly surprised that EVERYONE on staff is an exceptional barber I've been burned a few times at other barbershops with switching barbers this is one of the only places if your barber isn't there you can trust anyone else on staff to get you right

I switched from Great Clips to this Lady Jane's location earlier this year, after a bad haircut from a part timer. I had 3 great haircuts at Lady Jane's, but this last time it was very bad. It was a part timer again, and although a kind person, she was overly talkative, and I could tell she wasn't focused on what she was doing. Although the chit chat is pleasant, I'd rather leave with a good haircut. I'll have to wear a hat, until it grows out. I've learned my lesson and won't just walk in anymore. I'll make an appointment instead. I'm disappointed.

Overatted and not worth any kind of wait. Just a bunch of tvs and sports pictures on walls with same hair cut as anyone else. $80 for a regular cut. Lol
