I can’t describe how horrible my son’s haircut is. I brought him to JUST fix his ends before his birthday and I specifically told her to keep it long. I asked her not to use the trimmer because again I want it to stay long… but she insisted that the trimmer will keep it long. It became super super short, and that’s not the biggest problem. It looks extremely messy. Some strands are longer while others are practically bald. Looks like I left my 2 year old with a pair of scissors.

I have to say for a first haircut I was impressed! Alison was very patient and great when it came to my son. She talked me through everything while she was cutting his hair I plan to take him back become a regular client!

Janet did a great job with my daughters haircut. She was wonderful with my daughter aa well. Definitely recommend.

My son is 2, not able to sit still (obviously) but the tech that cut his hair was able to do it professionally, quickly and it looks great. They were very busy, a bit more expensive than I cared for, but I also understand that they are cutting hair on squirmy children. And they were able to do it well.

Where do I begin? This is probably the most time i'll ever take out of my day to review a business because it was that bad. I call them ahead and ask if there are any available appointments, they tell me to come in at 11:15am. I walk in at 11:06am and I am met with the most unprofessional and aloof greeter at the front desk (her name is Elle she said when I asked). I don't even think she knows what she is doing there, so I was told by her to have a seat. Meanwhile, she is lost and forgets i'm even there. I sat for half an hour and started seeing people get called and i'm like okay maybe they have appointments before me. At that point it was actually 11:30am and another family walks in, and guess what? The stylist comes up to the desk and asks the greeter who's next and she calls the new family that walks in. That's when I got up and snapped and they finally came to realize it was actually my turn and apparently it's because I had the same last name as that family. Lol what kind of bs is this?? Was I invisible the whole time? Beyond unprofessional and disrespectful. Anyway, during the hair cut, my son is crying and throwing a fit, but the stylist continued to cut his hair and did her best up until the end when she decides to not clean off any hair from my son's face and clothes and doesn't even dry his wet hair. I get him off the chair and go pay the full amount + a tip for her when my son did not get the same treatment towards the end as every other kid in there because he was the only one crying...I'm talking about a 2 year old. From the horrible incompetent greeter to the incompetent staff, I will never ever step foot in this salon. This is my second time here only because the kid's salon I usually go to in Commerce was closed today, but I will never be desperate enough again to bring him to this circus. If you want to be treated with disrespect and receive a lower than mediocre service, then come here and be a part of the circus.

Clean environment. Staff are friendly and patient. Let child pick their own seat and what show to watch. Offered toys as well while getting haircut. Booking is super easy online.
