The front desk staff can be quite entertaining. While I waited for my surgery, one lady behind the desk randomly blurted out loud to another, “I’m just gonna say it, we need more sharks to eat people..” ? I doubt they knew we could hear them. Plenty of great comments daily I’m sure.Besides that, love my new eyes! Got LASIK a week ago and have pretty much perfect vision now. Thanks for the education and smooth process! Should have done this sooner.
The staff at the Northville location are very sweet and very upbeat, hard to find such great patient care teams this chipper, especially on a Saturday morning. The vibes in here are very comfortable and professional, it’s a beautiful new location, but honestly if THIS staff was working out of a literal dumpster I would still come back to see them. Shout out to the front desk ladies, y’all are exactly what people need!
Adelson has been awesome! I got my lasik done a week ago and both post op appointments were so easy to schedule. The procedure itself was as smooth and quick as it could be. They were so kind and explained everything to try and help my pre op anxiety. Any questions were answered and reassurance given, 100% worth it! Thank you Dr Howard and Dr Rautio!
