My only complaint is that they clipped my dog's nails too short a couple of times due to some of them being black (he is a spotted dog breed). However, when I had his nails grinded instead of clipped, this was not an issue.“

From the moment you walk in, you notice how calm, clean, and welcoming the environment is. It’s not overloaded with groomers and pups. Unlike the chaotic, high-stress atmosphere we experienced at the other place, everything here feels peaceful, clean and well organized.

Reneé was incredibly kind from the start. She took the time to give us a tour, answer our questions, and put both us and our puppies at ease. Her patience and genuine care made all the difference.
