First time for this puppy and owner for nail trimming. Our pup is from a shelter and fears new things and has had no grooming but this was a wonderful place and wonderful people who really know what they are doing! Kind and fast and professional and I can't say enough wonderful things about how good they were with this stressed out pup. GREAT and we'll be back again and recommend to all! Super caring people! Kathy’s Pet Haven does a fabulous job grooming our large poodle, Rye! No other groomer has ever done such a thorough and excellent job. We highly recommend this groomer! Rye always comes back happy, prancing and seems to sing “I feel pretty, oh so pretty...”!

We absolutely LOVE Kathy and all of her employees! Our goldendoodle loves her just as much, which is ALWAYS the best!Kathy is approachable and listens to what we would like for our cut. She takes the time to make sure she understands what you're looking for and that you understand what you're asking for (we learned that the hard way with our first groomer/doddle cut). She's so worth every penny!We've become life long customers of Kathy's Pet Haven!
