Since 1987, RB Plumbing has been serving Michigan with superior residential and commercial plumbing services. Customers describe RB Plumbing as a great plumbing business that provides a full spectrum of residential and commercial plumbing services. One reviewer, living in Hawaii, was able to work with the office on logistics for a sister in Michigan. The plumber went above and beyond to volunteer time, cleaning up old DIY plumbing and old cracked pipes. No more wet floors. Another reviewer calls them the best plumbing company in 25 years, highlighting professional customer service from the office to the field. The team takes pride in their work, showing a positive "we will get it done" attitude and surpassing expectations. Called at 3 and they were there by 4! Andy came to my house to move a water heater. He was awesome! Got the job done super quick and was very friendly. Great worker! Totally appreciate him and this business. Not to mention the did the job for $500 less than another local company I called. I will definitely recommend!
To Whom It May Concern,
I am more than happy to write this letter in recommendation of a great plumbing business, RB Plumbing, LLC of North Branch, MI. I live in Hawaii and deal with many plumbers in my business. My sister that lives in Attica, Michigan had plumbing problems. I was able to contact Luke of RB Plumbing; they provided a full spectrum of residential and commercial plumbing services.
With pictures provided by my sister, Erika was able to help me understand the problem at hand. I live in Hawaii and Erika was able to work with me on the logistics of doing this job. She let me know how long it would take to fix, so there were no surprises. Danny the plumber… read full review
Highly Reccomend! Honestly the best plumbing company I have had the pleasure doing business with in 25 years (not that needing a plumber is ever a fun).
Professional customer service from the office to the field. You can tell they take pride in what they do and it shows in the outcome. What was communicated to me as a daunting project from another company, although I know it wasnt the most fun project - they came out with a positive we will get it done attitude and surpassed my expectations.
Will never use a different plumbing service again.
