e returned from a camping trip to an AC that didn't want to blow out cool air. Called Independence and talked with Tracey who was kind and helpful. She went over some common easy fixes I could try to see if it was something easily fixable and wouldn't require a service. When none of the easy fixes were the problem she went through the schedule and worked very hard to get us into a spot right away. Tom came out and was very professional, courteous and went through everything as he worked on it. He made sure everything was working well before he left. I highly recommend this company as the service is excellent and the prices are well within a reasonable price range

I love this place. They give back to our (Hillsdale) county by donating free hair cuts to Strong Foundation classes, via Love INC. They cut my hair and I love the results. They listen, the ladies are kind, and they are very helpful.

I always appreciate the quality of work this company provides. Earl is outstanding—he listens to my pest issues and effectively addresses them. I previously had a carpenter bee invasion that he treated, and I haven't had a problem with them since. This time, I was dealing with a significant bee and wasp invasion, and once again, he successfully treated the issue. I’m impressed that this company consistently manages to respond on the same day I call. I will certainly continue using their services.
We've used them twice. Jay is a great honest man. Price was good and we'll be using him every time we need our septic tank pumped.
