The technician (Mike I believe) went above and beyond what anyone else has ever done! He totally took the outside AC unit apart, cleaned everything out, washed everything inside and out and reassembled everything! Very impressed! The technicians were amazing, very polite and knew what they were doing. They were respectful of my home with their messes by laying out blankets to protect the carpet and they removed their shoes. My fireplace has never looked better. I highly recommend them.
