Pleasant staff from checking in, to be taken to the back to be seen. Yes the wait time IS lesser at this office, than the St. Joseph office on Niles Road, but you get the same courteous service, at both locations.. Yes we waited an hour before my husband was called back, but what place of business isn’t short staffed, and procedures don’t always go 100% on time…. I would still give them a 10 out of 10 rating..

I really don’t know where to start , The problems he had with my eye just makes me glad it was him doing it. Thank god and Jesus !! Thank you Dr Brown Kevin and Karol C .We both thank you

First visit for cataract consultation. Dr. P was professional and personable. The staff I dealt with were courteous, as well as, friendly. The only real drawback was the wait time to see the Doctor. I was the last appointment of the day which may have contributed to the wait.
