Marcy has done my taxes every year for almost 10 years now! She’s reliable, consistent, and knowledgeable. They also have a client portal for uploading documents which makes filing taxes way more convenient! No more waiting or scheduling appointments!

I have used them for a few years now, and even though I am not living in town anymore, they go out of their way to help me complete my returns via email, and portal. Always have been more than satisfied with their work. Would definitely recommend to anyone I know, and even ppl I don't.

Amazingly friendly and professional! We've been going to Balanced Accounting and Tax Service for almost 20 years, ever since my husband and I got married, bought our first house, and had our first kid all in one year. Marcy was a lifesaver then, and every year since... including the year we got audited. All we had to do was pick up the phone and call Marcy and she took care of everything. They are extremely knowledgeable and offer great insight and advice, in addition to taking care of our taxes. We will most definitely be lifelong clients.
