Damion was an absolute delight! Showed up right at 9am and gave me a run down of the exactly what snaking the main drain entails. I have a large tree so I have a lot of roots in the pipes. Damion did the best he could trying to remove as much as possible. He sent the video, explained that I should continue to have it snaked every year until I can replace the pipes; which I desperately need.
