911 restoration was a lifesaver for me when we had an urgent issue needing to be resolved so we could sell our house. Chris responded quickly to all communication and went above and beyond to get the work done in a timely manner. I could not recommend this company more and will happily book them for anything I need in the future.
I had a great experience working this company. Their pricing was fair, communication was good, and they worked hard to complete the repairs on time. I really appreciated their professionalism and would definitely recommend them.
911 Restoration was prompt when our basement flooded. They were to our house to inspect the damage within 30 minutes and were back cleaning it up within another hour. Both workers were professional and easy to work with. They worked with our insurance to provide all necessary claim info and the process was easy. Would recommend this company to friends/family if they experience similar issues with their basement.
