“I never write reviews but the service was so amazing that I couldn't not write a review. My 6-year-old Lenovo laptop had been slowing down for years. It got painfully slow to a point I could barely use it at all. I thought installing updates and downloading Windows 11 would help. During the process of updates the laptop would not start up. I went through all of Windows options to repair the computer and uninstall updates but it did not work. I thought I was going to have to buy a new computer and all of my files were gone. Ryan said my hard drive had crashed but he was able to recover all of my files. He put in a new hard drive, put all my files back on it, and even downloaded Microsoft office. He called the same day I dropped off my laptop and it was already done. I picked it up the next day. I expected to have to re-establish connection to my printer and set up my embroidery machine program but that was not the case. Everything is working seamlessly and I really believe it is running faster than the day I bought it. I am really impressed with the service, the turnaround, and my laptop. It was very affordable and much cheaper than buying a new laptop. Not to mention having all my files and connections still established.
