In this bitter cold, these guys were on top of it. They pumped it septic, tested everything out, and then offered suggestions to fix a problem with our kitchen sink. They went above and beyond. Price was very good and we will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of these services. Nicest guys EVER!

Jim came out to do our septic today and it was a surprise to find out that when we had bought our home in 2020 the septic had not been fully cleaned. One of the lids would not come off and my husband and I clearly remember only one area where they (Don’s Septic) had dug before. You need to dig two separate holes for two separate lids. The seller had it done as part of the sale contract. Not only was Jim professional but he was friendly as well. He was knowledgeable and he explained anything we had questions about. We are also buying risers and lids from them as well. We would highly recommend them!

We reached out to R & D, as none of our toilets were flushing at all. They were very responsive, came to our house within 2 hrs of the original call, and they took care of pumping our septic tank. Both gentlemen were very nice and professional! I’d recommend them to anyone who needs septic services!
