Contacted Efficient Energy in Aug of 2023. Received a competitive quote, but went with Efficient due to the working relationship with the team in the office and the HVAC engineers doing the bidding. Please with the quality of install: The techs rolled out the protective blankets to protect the floors, deliberate clean up efforts post install, clean routing of gas lines and ductwork.
TLDR: This team is professional, competent, have strong attentional to detail and are priced competitively.
We had to replace our furnace and air conditioning units and of course, worried about the expense. Not only did Efficient Energy Ent. come in with a good quote, they are a joy to work with. Both Julie and Stephanie in the office handled our calls like we were their most important customer. From the quote to the installation time was less than a week! During the installation the employees were happy, friendly and professional. They cleaned up EVERYTHING, something you never find in a contractor any more! You can not find a better place for service! From the person on the phone, who dropped everything, got us a technician out the next morning, and advised us how to stay safe (we had a minor gas leak), to the tech who explained everything and wrote a detailed report of everything he did. Never change, EEE!
