Wrangler Abby did an amazing job handling my 4 year old daughter who kept sliding on the seat and just little hiccups which is to be expected with a young child and my friends 5 year old, she led both them girls plus herself the whole ride and had to help my daughter a couple times, the ride was awesome, I can't remember the wranglers name that was leading us because I was in the back but kudos to her also for leading our ride and also helping my friend get back on her horse when her horse decided she wanted to lay down in middle of a sand pile 🤣 (nobody was hurt), it was a comical time and I can't wait to come back, my friends from New York that I brought with really enjoyed the experience and making memories, all the staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful, i loved the young lady helping at check in, she is super sweet 💞
We had a ride scheduled this past weekend for my husband and daughters. I was taking our younger boys somewhere else and got into a bad car accident which totaled our vehicle. My husband had to turn around and come help us. They person at Stony Lake took care of a refund for us right away. One less thing to worry about. Next time we are in town we will 100% reschedule a ride! Really appreciated their kindness ❤️
