Lori is by far the best massage therapist I have ever worked with. Over the course of many years, I have been to dozens of individual practitioners and spas, and Lori is simply exceptional. She has an intuitive touch, so the session is as therapeutic as it is enjoyable. She actually listens to what the problem areas are and works to address them. Her space is comfortable and immaculate, and she's also just a lovely person. I can't recommend Lori highly enough.
I had a wonderful experience replacing my 25 year old Spa. Richard and Scott were amazing and so careful and meticulous with the installation. They removed my old spa and disposed of it for us as well. They did a great job installing the new spa and made sure I had a firm understanding of how to run and maintain it properly. We had recently installed a new patio with stamped concrete and they were extremely cautious not to cause any damage. And they did all this in 90’ plus heat with no complaints. I would recommend Pristine Pool & Spas to anyone looking for an excellent product with excellent customer service!

While vacationing in New Buffalo, my husband's lens popped out of his glasses' frame. We stopped into Smoke Vision and asked if they had time for a repair. Yup! Screw replaced in minutes and frames returned with a smile. The ONLY downside is that we live in Chicago, which makes switching to Smoke Vision Care a long drive for all our eye care needs.

We have an 80lb Great Dane/boxer mix that is not good around people and small animals. They treated us better than any vet I’ve been to.
