I had a wonderful experience replacing my 25 year old Spa. Richard and Scott were amazing and so careful and meticulous with the installation. They removed my old spa and disposed of it for us as well. They did a great job installing the new spa and made sure I had a firm understanding of how to run and maintain it properly. We had recently installed a new patio with stamped concrete and they were extremely cautious not to cause any damage. And they did all this in 90’ plus heat with no complaints. I would recommend Pristine Pool & Spas to anyone looking for an excellent product with excellent customer service!

She has an intuitive touch, so the session is as therapeutic as it is enjoyable. She actually listens to what the problem areas are and works to address them. Her space is comfortable and immaculate, and she's also just a lovely person. I can't recommend Lori highly enough.
