Today Julie literally saved me! When you shop at a store like Ulta, you’re there for products to make you look and feel better. It’s rare nowadays when you get a person who is compassionate and makes a complete stranger feel like family. She expertly divided my hair into six sections for detangling, which made the process smooth and efficient.
