Butters is… let’s call him “selective” about who’s allowed in his personal bubble with a comb, but they treated him with such kindness and professionalism that he acted like he was checking into a spa weekend he booked himself. The groomer explained everything, handled him with real expertise, and somehow managed to keep him calm even during his dramatic “Orange Cat” meows.
When I picked him up, he looked flawless — like a tiny, handsome runway model — and he was actually relaxed. It’s rare to find a place that combines skill with this level of heart and patience.
