Rude and unprofessional. I had inquired about the value of my home online not realizing that it would result in a ton of phone calls from them. They wouldn't stop calling me back. I finally answered the phone, told them I was no longer interested and to please remove me from their call list. Their response was"don't ever reach out to us again". Not a problem, never will.

Some strangers show up to my family's house on a Sunday after Keller Williams posts our home is in foreclosure but is actually worked a loan modification. Guy gets out and approached my 7 year old asking about our home. WTF? Would the same realtor appreciate the same visit at his home? Is this a realtor to trust or just wanting to make as much money as they can? We have 2 special needs children and they were upset to be approached because this Keller Williams office in Chesterfield specific Jurmo the realtor that posted on Zillow, to cause disruption to my family. After a horrible experience with Century 21 and Union Home Mortgage, we were referred to Scott Coltman at Keller Williams. He has gone above and beyond to not only find us a home we love, but to do his best to get us in it as soon as possible. Happy to say we will officially be homeowners next week! We have been imposing on family with our dogs and my children from February until now due to our horrible fallout our last go round. We were almost ready to give up and get an apartment. So thankful to have found Scott! He has restored my faith in the home buying process and I am so thankful to him!
