They bend over backwards to accommodate, always have your best interest in mind, and get the job done fast with amazing work. Crews are very timely, professional, and polite, leaving no mess behind. They provide seamless service from getting a quote fast to completing the move safely and securely with reasonable rates. Customers report that the home looks amazing and highly recommend the company for all manufactured home moving, setting, and refurb needs. They are an amazing company, comparable to no others, and many look forward to continuing a great working relationship.
My wife and I have watched the houses come in and have peeked into the windows but this open house was fantastic what a crowd and the staff was fantastic Nicole Mills is one of the employees there she talked to us and was very polite and very informative and it was something that I would definitely recommend inquiring into a home of your choice I found a couple that I really loved
There is no doubt that they deliver beautiful homes. I have no complaints with the look and feel of the home. However, if you choose a different contractor to put in your foundation (which was a less expensive option with a trusted contractor), be prepared to pay more in the long run. They will not place the house on the foundation, giving every excuse in the book. By the time we were able to get it placed by a different contractor, all of the appliances were no longer under warranty.

I rarely give 5 Stars but Chad and his group deserve it. They have set hundreds of homes for me and the ancillary services they provide along with the customer service is second to none. Highly Recommended.
