Not sure who I spoke with yesterday and today, but VERY helpful and informative and let me know what they suspect the issue was and directed me to a plumber who could better help with my issue. Really appreciated the honesty and openness and will definitely reach back out to them if I have any future issues that would be better suited for them. I had spoken to another septic company in town who tried to quote me at $1,040 for a pump out I didn't need, and piping to bring things up for easier access on my nearly brand-new system and said I needed to decide on the spot, when I asked for a detailed quote, I got a one-line-item blurb with the total and said I had 15-minutes...read full review

Had 1 couch to get rid of. Would’ve cost $50 at Waste Management ($50 minimum...what a joke). Cost $16.80 here, and it was a lot nicer and easier place to drive into. Will be coming here again for sure!Service: Junk removal
