I came here for a test, they got me in right away. I appreciate that they have multiple locations, they were quick with paperwork and getting you an account. They are very thorough. They walk you through everything so your not uncomfortable, they make sure of anything you need and that you understand. You feel safe and comfortable. I went to the Muskegon location and saw Rebecca. I didn't have to wait long and I immediately connected with her. She was understanding, and helped me to understand or explain. It is long testing but it's not uncomfortable and it's just making sure you let them know if you need anything
