For the speed of basic alterations like hems and stuck zippers this place is a gem and they can get you your items back next day. Alternatively Plantengas and Sheldon cleaners will take over a month to get your item and then weeks til you can pick up. Now the bad part is all services are expensive and a simple hem will run you $18 per item. But they do have to pay a dying malls overhead to run out of so it's forgiveable. There are seamstresses on Facebook that are local that'll be way cheaper but the quality will vary. Su Alterations is the best brick and mortar overall in the area.
I ordered a new outfit way to many sizes to big. I've never gotten anything altered before so I brought them in, put them on and showed them what I wanted.He put a few pins in them and I was a little nervous but he told me to come the next day to pick it up. I came in after I got out of work and my outfit was done and looked exactly how I wanted it to. Very happy with this place.I hear a lot about their manners, but I didn't really have any issues.He even put my button and my tag back on my shorts which I really wanted to keep on them so I was super happy. I went in to get the pants I'm wearing to my son's wedding hemmed, and had it back the same day. Other places were telling me 2 -3 weeks.
I would definitely use them again!
