My experience with Dr Thayer was great. Unfortunately my surgery was scheduled a few days before Covid hit, so all my follow up appointments were masked and things were a little stressed due everything going on. Muskegon Surgical and the Staff were professional and made me feel comfortable at every step of the process. My results are great and I am so happy with my results.
I went to Dr. Ter Louw for a simple cyst removal. I went in for the consultation and had the surgery all in about an hour or less. I didn’t feel any pain during the operation or during the recovery (it did get itchy as it healed though). I specifically went to plastic to reduce the scarring, and am glad I did - he sewed me up tight and the scar doesn’t look too bad. I’d recommend him to anyone.
They were pleasant and very helpful. I went in for my hands. I have really bad arthritis in my thumbs. They checked me out and put an injection in each thumb base. They were so caring and understanding. I definitely recommend them!
