DO NOT GO HERE. We submitted our taxes to Jim and his team in January. It is 6 months later and we do not have them back. He filed an extension without our permission. He is always being investigated by the IRS. They never answer the phone. I would not trust them ever. We had been long time customers and now probably need to seek legal action.

We submitted our taxes in January. It is six months later and still do not have them back. They filed an extension without our permission and now we can't reach anyone and will have to take legal action. Horrible service.

I have always received the best service I have ever had from this LLC. This group is highly educated in tax law, not like some of the others that indicate they are tax professionals, but really only adept in the software they are filling in blanks. Simply put, they are exceptional at what they do.
