Poor communication. I waited nearly 2 months then one of their people came by the house and I didn’t hear them knock on the door when they arrived so I don’t think they ever showed up for their appointment. They then took me off their list and never said anything to me so I waited another month thinking they were going to call me back like they told me they were going to. They never called back. I called them and they told me they gave my information back to my caseworker but I never heard anything.
