Patients feel welcome and walk out feeling amazing. The chiropractor is efficient, friendly, and helpful. They take the time to understand patient needs and provide great care. The business is able to fit patients in, even with hard-to-make schedules. Overall, Coastal Chiropractic of Muskegon, P.C. provides excellent care and is considered the best chiropractor around. Patients appreciate the care and feel much better after visits.
Thank you Doctor Mike! I don't know how I could do my job if I didn't have Coastal Chiropractic there to keep my spine in line! I had such a booming headache today and stopped in to see if I could get an adjustment. He was able to fit me right in. I'm so glad. I'm feeling much better!
The chiropractor demonstrated a high level of knowledge and skill with the adjustments, which I appreciated. However, I felt the front desk receptionist could improve her communication approach. She did not acknowledge me or make eye contact when speaking or handing me paperwork, which left me feeling somewhat unwelcome and as if I were an inconvenience.
Best chiropractor around. Doc. Truly cares about his patients. I am a over the road truck driver and my schedule is hard to make appointments around. He always gets me in and takes care of me.
