Charles Heating and Cooling are hands down one of the best companies we have hired. They put in a new air conditioning unit for us. They were kind and so hard working. After the summer, our furnace wasn't working and it was cold outside. We called them Monday morning and they came out an hour later. They had to replace one part. Charles didn't even charge us. He said it was such a simple fix!! We will always recommend this company for their appreciation towards their customers!! Very impressed.

My husband called in first thing on a Monday, because our water heater stopped working. They sent out a repairman that afternoon. We asked for a quote to replace the water heater and furnace that day. It was installed the very next week.
